However none of this detracts from their fun and festive look. The slightly larger tennis Snoopy has a stamped green felt base with the original foil "Japan" sticker. This Peanuts lot consists of 3 adorable vintage Snoopy Christmas ornaments made in Japan, likely in the 1970s. The hand-painted ceramic pieces are all different, two are about 2.5 inches tall and one is about 3 inches. The wreath ornament still has the green hallmark sticker and the original gold cord. The Santa sack piece is missing the sticker but does have the cord. The slightly larger tennis Snoopy has a stamped green felt base with the original foil "Japan" sticker. The ornaments are in good vintage condition, but do have some wear on the painted elements, as is common for "cold-painted" pieces of this age. Also the Santa sack Snoopy has a chip on his foot and the tennis Snoopy has a few small chips on his hat (see pictures). However none of this detracts from their fun and festive look. These cute vintage ornaments, featuring the iconic character, would be perfect for collectors or fans of the Peanuts franchise and a wonderful addition to any holiday or seasonal decor collection.
