This is in BEAUTIFUL - about as close to "LIKE NEW" condition as you can get.   You review the photos and YOU be the expert.   Basiclly, No real sign of previous use or any misuse.    NO damage or repair.   My photos speak for themselves.    This rule has not been detailed cleaned.     Snappy Hinges Has the Brass Slide :  Slides in/out smoothly without being stuck or corroded. Clear Markings : No faded or scratched numbers on the wood sections.  The Brass Slide : The 7" insert (frequently mislabeled as a 6" extension scale because only 6 inches are graduated) must slide out smoothly without being stuck or heavily corroded. Clear Markings : No faded or scratched numbers on the wood sections drastically elevates its worth Patent Numbers : You will note that it is stamped Pat.
