Fantastic old-school Western boots featuring genuine python snakeskin in a natural golden/tan color with black leather shafts and contrasting Western stitching. Traditional pointed Western toe and pull-on construction. These came from the longtime owner, an old-school motorcycle rider who had been riding since the 1970s. Metal horseshoe-style heel plates/taps are installed on the heels. According to the previous owner, he would drag the metal against the pavement while riding his motorcycle to create sparks. They make for a great piece of the boots’ history. Pre-owned vintage condition with substantial authentic wear and character. The python scales show lifting/curling in areas consistent with age and use. Leather soles and heels show wear, and the metal heel plates show scratching/wear. The exotic leather has been carefully conditioned with conditioner specifically formulated for snakeskin/exotic boots. Marked: Cowtown Boots Made in U.S.A.
