Here we have a very collectible vintage 3-piece  WEISS Brooch and Clip-on Earrings Set. It consists of numerous emerald-green marquis and blue round cut rhinestones on a gold-tone framework. The brooch is 2" in diameter. I have not cleaned these- I imagine a simple ultrasonic cleaning would have them sparkling even more.
