Multiple reserved cartouches are decorated with traditional Chinese landscape, pavilions, pine trees and scholar figures; the upper gourd section is adorned with delicate floral patterns. The cobalt pigment presents rich, steady blue tone, all patterns are hand-drawn with fluent brushwork, typical folk blue and white craftsmanship of late Qing period. Gourd (hulu) symbolizes fortune and blessing in traditional Chinese culture. The porcelain body is dense and solid, the base foot has natural aged texture with authentic vintage patina from long-time inheritance.
