This vintage sterling silver heart pendant necklace features a dimensional heart pendant with a gold-wash textured front and tiny faux pearl accents. The pendant has a pretty two-tone look, with oxidized sterling silver edges and a warm gold-tone face. The pendant hangs on a sterling silver snake chain with spring ring clasp. Chain is stamped Italy 925.
