Adorned with lovely black, white, and brown enameling and sparkling clear pave rhinestones and a red jewel-tone rhinestone eye. Gold-tone finish.   Mark: Unsigned Age: Circa 1940s Condition: Enamel is in overall very good condition but does show some light wear/loss/nicks. Rhinestones are still sparkling but many of the stones are beginning to show their age/darken and one tiny stone is missing,   Finish is in very good condition with only some light wear/loss, visible on close inspection.   Locking safety clasp is in perfect working order.
