I have had this as a decor piece in my dining room for a long time and do not remember where I got it; however, another eBay listing states that it was originally sold at Hobby Lobby. The lighthouse has some nice seashell and starfish accents and has a nice distressed look. It's also a bit dusty and might benefit from some cleaning. However, I think that just adds to its charm.
