It has runners on the bottom and is often misidentified as Royal Copley.  This footed garden dish features vertical curved panels. It stands 4" tall. It measures 8" by 4" in diameter at the scalloped rim and 4-3/4" by 5" at the foot. It is marked USA on the foot edge. It has some manufacturing glaze pops - especially on the interior; otherwise it is in excellent condition with no nicks, chips, cracks, stains or crazing.
