The full cylindrical body is fully hand-painted with a complete ancient courtyard narrative scene: One side depicts ancient Chinese officials, attendants and scholars in layered colorful robes, gathered in a courtyard with pavilions, railings and cloud patterns under the moon. The reverse side is decorated with lush plantain leaves, pine trees, rocky hills and swirling cloud scrolls, perfectly matching the figure scene to form a complete ancient landscape story painting. Fine blue contour lines outline all patterns, filled with vivid green, orange, yellow and brown overglaze enamel, creating rich layered visual effects.
