I live in Manitowoc, Wisconsin, where National Tinsel became Santa's Best and then Telco/Rennoc. I've restored and resold a dozen of these delightful animated figures. That being said, I had never seen this piece before finding it at a recent estate sale. I cleaned every inch of Santa and his sleigh. It wasn't until I looked for comps that I found it was supposed to play "Sleigh Ride". I explain it all on the photos.
