Mickey Mouse plush doll, produced in the late 1940s to early 1950s. Internal Stuffing: It is stuffed with "Sani-Foam" rubber. Stuffed with Gund's proprietary "Sani-Foam" material, which is explicitly noted on the original paper/cloth label. What a rare find!!! This is a vintage Gund Manufacturing Co. Mickey Mouse plush doll, produced in the late 1940s to early 1950s. Preowned by a vintage Disney collector who downsized their collection. For a stuffed animal that is over 80 years old it’s actually holding up nicely. One button is missing. There is some thinning of the velvety outer layer in a few tiny spots, the neck stuffing has settled so the neck is floppy and the paint has started to come off of the rubber nose. For authenticity sake, I have not done any touch ups but I have sanitized it and wiped down the rubber face and hands. See pics. It also features the iconic yellow felt circular button details sewn on the front.
