PROVENANCE This bag belonged to my great-grandmother, a potato farmer’s wife in Toppenish, Washington, who was known for being absolutely fantastic. She drove a pink Cadillac, had a gold and Borealis table-and-chair set, and was dressed and accessorized at all times.
