This is such a gorgeous and unusual vintage pearl necklace! The clasp on this one is absolutely the star of the show. The clasp is beautifully detailed with red enamel petal/teardrop shapes, sparkling clear rhinestones, green accents and lots of dimensional scrollwork and textured metalwork. The necklace is unsigned as far as we can see, and I have not attributed it to a particular designer. We believe it dates somewhere around the 1940s–1960s, although exact dating is difficult without a signature or provenance. There is some age-related wear to the gold-tone finish and metal, but overall it has a wonderful vintage appearance. Please look closely at all photos as they are part of the description.
