Copper base with silver wash, sides decorated with multi‑row beaded and scroll chased engraving. The lid is inset with an antique blue and white porcelain shard painted with peony flower. Copper base with silver wash, sides decorated with multi‑row beaded and scroll chased engraving. The lid is inset with an antique blue and white porcelain shard painted with peony flower. Interior brass lining, made for export, re‑using old porcelain fragment. Condition: Good antique condition. Metal surface shows age tarnish, wear to silver plating. Porcelain shard intact, no cracks or chips.
