Antique Dutch Delft blue and white tin-glazed earthenware tile, dating to the 17th/18th century. Hand-painted in cobalt blue with a circular figural landscape depicting two figures walking through a countryside setting, surrounded by traditional corner motifs. Measures 5" x 5". The painted surface remains quite clean with strong cobalt-blue decoration. Antique condition with a substantial loss to one corner, smaller edge chips and expected surface and glaze wear from age.
