View Antique RPPC Real Photo Postcard Edwardian Woman Pompadour Hair Bow AZO 1907-18 with current marketplace pricing, condition, product images and item details. She wears a dark tailored jacket with a velvet collar and full gathered upper sleeves over a long gored skirt with a tucked hem band, finished with a high white stand collar and tie. Her hair is dressed in the tall, wide pompadour of the Gibson Girl era and crowned with a large pale silk ribbon bow. Antique real photo postcard (RPPC) featuring a full-length studio portrait of a young Edwardian woman. She wears a dark tailored jacket with a velvet collar and full gathered upper sleeves over a long gored skirt with a tucked hem band, finished with a high white stand collar and tie. Her hair is dressed in the tall, wide pompadour of the Gibson Girl era and crowned with a large pale silk ribbon bow. She stands on a patterned carpet before a softly painted studio backdrop with foliage, the image printed with a vignetted soft edge on wide unprinted card margins. The reverse carries a genuine Kodak AZO stamp box with four upward-pointing triangles alongside a divided-back correspondence layout, dating the card to approximately 1907–1918. The back is completely blank — never postally used, unaddressed and unwritten. A period pencil notation reading "151" appears in the lower right corner of the front. No photographer's imprint or sitter identification is present. This is an original silver gelatin photographic print on postcard stock, not a modern reproduction. An excellent piece for collectors of Edwardian fashion, hairstyles, studio portraiture, genealogy ephemera and early 20th century social history. Condition: Very good antique condition. The card is clean, flat and structurally sound with no tears, creases or bends. Corners are square with only light handling wear, and a small shallow nick is present along one edge. The image is sharp and nicely contrasted with warm sepia tones; a few tiny light specks are present in the emulsion, consistent with age. Light overall toning to the card stock.
