The elongated geometric face is accented with narrow silver-tone channel lines, while engraved chevron details decorate both shoulders of the band. The interior is clearly maker marked “AT” with a symbol and “STER” for sterling silver. Research indicates that AT marks are associated with multiple Southwestern/Native American jewelry makers, so the exact artist attribution is being left unidentified rather than assigning the ring to a specific maker without sufficient documentation. The green inlay was tested in multiple locations using a Presidium Gem Tester II and consistently registered above the glass range. Based on its appearance, matrix and construction, the material is believed to be green turquoise; however, gemstone identity, mine source and treatment have not been laboratory certified.
