This is a sea mist green Fiestaware jumbo cup and saucer made by Homer Laughlin China. The jumbo cups in sea mist green were only produced from 1994 to 2005. The cup height is 3 1/2 inches, diameter is  5/8 inches and holds 18 oz. The saucer is 6 1/2 inches wide and just over 1 inch in height. I bought this new and I don't think I ever used it . There are no chips or cracks. There may be white spots in the photos due to light reflecting, so I take photos from different angles. This has been carefully stored in my non-smoking home.  Items will be shipped once payment is received and verified. All items are sent insured so if item becomes damaged or lost during shipping a claim should be filed with the US Postal Service. Shipping service is just as stated in the listing only and insurance is required. Some items can be combined for shipping. I don't charge the fees that eBay takes out of shipping and sometimes I pay for additional insurance.
