The reissue has got many complaints for being of a cheap-feeling, plasticky, rustling material resembling a rain jacket or shower curtain. I can personally confirm this since I bought one myself and returned it.   This shirt is made of soft material like you'd want to wear sports clothes. It is brand new with tags.
