I would say this is a women’s small.Please see pics. Two of the Pearl snaps have crackles but they are intact. The seams are unfinished. The yoke and the cuffs have been made with polyester backed fabric. The sleeves cuffs are small. My guess is that this far-out shirt was made by a high school age girl and I think she really loved it! The fabric has been washed just enough that it is super soft, but it doesn’t show any signs of thin spots, so she took really good care of it!  I recommend hand washing such great vintage fabric.
