This item is in very good condition for its age, with only a few minor blemishes. For instance, you can see that there is a tiny piece chipped off near the front door. There are no accessories included. This item was purchased in an auction, so please note that I took the photos from there. It is very large and wrapped very well in tons of bubble wrap, so I decided to leave it in this packaging until it finds its forever home. This reduces the chance of any damages to a delicate toy. This item is in very good condition for its age, with only a few minor blemishes. For instance, you can see that there is a tiny piece chipped off near the front door. This comes with two dolls, one of which is broken. There are no accessories included. Please note that I do not set the shipping price. I have been getting a lot of questions about the high cost, but I chose the cheapest option available via eBay. The Fedex option is about twice the cost. T he box is massive, so that is the main reason for the cost, as well as general rising shipping rates due to the economic crisis. It’s also based upon where you live . Since eBay charges seller fee s and advertising fees, based upon the total inclusive of shipping , I promise you that I did not just inflate it to trick you into paying more. In fact, I reduced the cost of the actual item to compensate for the high cost of shipping.  If you are in the Boston area, and would like to pick it up in person, we can also arrange that. I don’t think that the box would fit into most sedans but if you unpack it, you should be fine. The box should be able to fit into a larger SUV. Anyway, I just wanted to clear that up because I have gotten a lot of messages asking why the shipping is so high.
