VINTAGE ALL BISQUE ARTIST MADE DOLLHOUSE GIRL DOLL REPRO ANTIQUE GERMAN HERTWIG Sweet little vintage artist made repro of a German all pink bisque Hertwig doll. Measures approximately 3.75” tall so she would fit well in a 1:12 scale dollhouse. She is jointed at the shoulders and hips. Nicely painted features with a somewhat pouty expression, brown painted boots and mohair wig. Victorian style dress and bonnet with lace trim and an undergarment which has tiny elastic thread around both legs (a sort of pseudo-underpants with no crotch). Incised “Maninger 1996”. In very good condition. No chips or cracks in the bisque. Clothing is intact and has no stains. Stringing is adequate. She will require a doll stand to pose in a standing position.
