View Vintage Signed Studio Pottery Stoneware Pitcher Drip Glaze 8.5” Handmade with current marketplace pricing, condition, product images and item details. The stoneware is finished in a creamy gray-green reactive drip glaze with earthy tan and brown speckling. We love pottery with a personality, and this pitcher certainly has one—from its wonderfully wonky rim to those tiny flashes of turquoise glaze. This substantial handmade studio pottery pitcher features a softly rounded body, an oversized sculptural handle, and a beautifully irregular flared rim and pouring spout. The stoneware is finished in a creamy gray-green reactive drip glaze with earthy tan and brown speckling. Two small turquoise-green glazed accents appear on opposite sides of the body, adding an unexpected pop of color among the neutral tones. The textured surface, organic form, and natural glaze variations give this pitcher plenty of one-of-a-kind character. The base is signed by the artist, although we have not positively identified the signature. This piece would display beautifully on its own or filled with dried flowers or decorative stems. Decorative flowers shown in the photographs are not included. Condition Vintage handmade condition with expected glaze and firing variations throughout. Fine crazing is visible in the glaze, particularly around the rim and interior, along with some brown discoloration. It's likely part of the glazing technique but that's been undetermined The edge of the spout feels somewhat bumpy when a finger is run across it. We examined the area closely and did not observe a definite chip; it appears consistent with the irregular handmade stoneware surface and glaze. Please review the close-up photographs of this area carefully. No cracks or obvious structural damage observed. Sold as found.
