It makes them basically look 3D because they are raised above the actual postcard paper material. 5 of the postcards have this flocked material on them. The other 4 are embossed paper-like material, which is raised as well. These are all super cool, unique, beautiful, and really old!! 3 of them have STAMPS on them and circulated through the Postal system. ALL of the postcards have writing on them! Believed to be from the EARLY 1900's. As far as I can tell the ones that have dates, read 1908 on two of them, 1910 on one, and what looks like 1906 on another one. Some do not have dates, but they were all in a box together from an estate I had cleaned out. So, I would assume they are all very close in dates. They Measure Approximately: 3 1/2" x 5 1/2"   Condition Good vintage and used condition for their age. They have signs of use, handling, and aging, such as soiling, wear and one has a piece torn off of it, bumped corners and\ edges, corner creases, etc. Please look at all pics provided in order to view and judge the condition with your own eyes as well.
