Remarkably well preserved. Date did not stamp well but I don't think these were made later than 1946. Box is a perfect fit for size and age but have no proof it's the original. I would like to point out 2 obvious defects One is at rear of upper cuff of One boot. I believe it to be a result of chafing while stored in box not from actual wear. The other are marks to inboard side of one boot that I recognize as claw marks from a cat. Please examine Photos carefully. Boots have been worn there is No question. The heels are either rubber or synthetic plastic. I cannot guarantee they will hold up to use after 80 years. This may be a museum quality example and certainly the nicest pair for sale here on eBay. $25 to ship in USA 48 State.
