Wind him up and he rides his bike in a circle while the bell behind him rotates and rings.  Toy is in very nice,with very little ware and light scratches on the red mechanism body. A few age spots on the celluloid as would be expected and the string holding his arms is loose as are his hand on the handlebar as seen in the photos.
