Painted with traditional technique called *Copperplate-printed transfer. Copperplate-printed transfer:a technique, the design is copperplate printed on Japanese washi paper and the paper is stuck onto bisqueware and water applied to transfer the design. Each piece is transferred by hand and fired to create the pattern. Unlike items transferred by machine, it is possible to express hand-painted shading and detailed patterns. Even the same pattern can have its own individuality, such as uneven coloring and uneven painting.
