Every item is packed with care and shipped from Seto City, Japan. A matched pair of yunomi (Japanese tea cups) made in the 1980s at Tsubaki kiln in Seto City, Aichi. Kept in storage since production and never used. We source directly from the kiln itself, not from the secondhand market. The camellia design wraps fully around each cup — there is no plain reverse side. A band of stylized lotus petals encircles the foot, and the base carries the kiln's square mark. The plain white interior shows the color of the tea clearly. At 280ml they suit green tea or hojicha, and work equally well as everyday coffee or water cups. As a matched pair, they make a natural gift for weddings or housewarmings. ■ Condition Vintage (1980s), unused.
