Seto Sometsuke(blue & white) ware is a traditional craft made in Seto city, Aichi Japan Painted with skillful technique called *Copperplate-printed transfer. Copperplate-printed transfer is a technique, the design is copperplate printed on Japanese washi paper and the paper is stuck onto bisqueware and water applied to transfer the design. *Tsubakigama means Ceramic studio of camellia. Tsubaki means camellia. *Seto ware:The world's leading high-quality, white-fired pottery clay produces ceramics with beautiful glazes and paintings.
