This is a silver tone metal buckle with a classic scroll design and small tan crystals mounted along the rope edge, from the 1980s. It is in pretty decent condition as shown in the photos, it does have some wear and tear from age or use. It measures approximately 3-1/2" x 2-3/8", it fits a 1-1/2" wide belt and it weighs about 2.8 oz.
