It is a larger, somewhat 3D style, gray metal flower buckle with a small cluster of rhinestones at the center from the 90s. It is in pretty nice condition, as shown in the photos it does have some wear and tear from age or use. This buckle measures approximately 4-1/4" x 2-3/4", it fits a 1-3/4" wide belt and it weighs about 4 oz.
