It does look like it is signed and dated on the back, but I can not read it, there is also a chance it is just part of the design and I'm just seeing things (see photos). This is a smaller, 3D layered style, silver tone metal buckle with green rhinestones and enamel. It does look like it is signed and dated on the back, but I can not read it, there is also a chance it is just part of the design and I'm just seeing things (see photos). It is in pretty nice condition, as shown in the photos it does have some minor wear and tear from age or use. This buckle measures approximately 2-5/8" x 2-1/2", it is about 1/2" thick and it fits a 1-1/2" wide belt. Please ask any questions before you buy and look at all the photos.
