This is a silver and gold tone metal buckle with a classic western scroll design, marked: Sterling Silver Plate, made by Montana Silversmiths in the 1980s. It is in pretty nice used condition, as shown in the photos it does have a some wear and tear from age and use. It measures approximately 3-1/2" x 2-3/8", fits a 1-1/2" wide belt and weighs about 3.8 oz.
