This is a silver and gold tone metal buckle with an engraved floral scroll design and a gold tone metal eagle floated on a black enamel inlay at the center, marked: Sterling Silver Plate, made by Montana Silversmiths, in the 1980s. It is in pretty decent used condition, as shown in the photos it does have some tarnish / patina, and some wear and tear from age and use. It measures approximately 3-5/8" x 2-5/8", it fits a 1-1/2" wide belt and it weighs about 4.4 oz.
