All outlet measurements are the actual amount of fabric available to extend sleeve length, waist, and inseams. Each seam will need an allowance of approximately .25" on each side or .5" per seam. For coat sleeve outlet, there may be two numbers. The larger number is the total amount of available fabric, while the smaller number is the measurement from edge of the cuff to the seam of the lining. The length of the coat is measured from the bottom of the collar to the hem of the coat. Revitalization: We make every effort to offer only the absolute highest quality products.
