DESCRIPTION: A stunning and rare antique genuine color change sapphire Austro Hungarian brooch, made from solid silver with a gold vermeil finish. The brooch is also adorned with 2 cabochon cut rubes and hand painted enamel. The colour change sapphires are hard to photograph in their "blue" state as there no natural sunlight here in the UK at the moment! To confirm the sapphires are color changing, they're purple in artificial light and blue in natural sunlight. The brooch is stamped with Austro Hungarian marks and also stamped "935" for silver.
