On the back it says these are made in Hong Kong. I’m thinking these were made in the early 1900s. This is part of a large antique collection. These belong to her parents and they belong to her. This is a beautiful pair of book end. Despite their size they’re actually fairly heavy and extremely sturdy. On the back it says these are made in Hong Kong. I’m thinking these were made in the early 1900s. This is part of a large antique collection. I’m in the process of selling for a client of ours. These belong to her parents and they belong to her. These were well kept. As far as polishing goes I’m always on the fence. I not to polish primarily because everybody prefers a different pet. Therefore, I leave them as is. If you’d like to polish them, I’m sure they would look fantastic like the back of them does currently.  The front door does have a little bit more of a patina currently.
