(1 5/8" tall with bale loop and jump ring, ~ 1 3/8" tall without the ring; weight approx. 3.4-3.5 g) Christian Cross pendant featuring featuring fine Antiochian Orthodox design with characteristic trefoil “budded” shape of the crossbar ends symbolizing the Holy Trinity. Vintage solid sterling silver medium- to larger sized and sturdy (approx. 1 5/8" tall with bale loop and jump ring, ~ 1 3/8" tall without the ring; weight approx. 3.4-3.5 g) Christian Cross pendant featuring featuring fine Antiochian Orthodox design with characteristic trefoil “budded” shape of the crossbar ends symbolizing the Holy Trinity. The image of the Savior’s Cross on the obverse is framed with replica of the ancient granulation technique inspired by early Byzantine jewelry. The large soldered jump ring of the pendant bears two punch silver marks, one of which displays the "925" hallmark indicating the "sterling" purity. It has been confirmed for the pendant using the silver acid test. The pendant has visual vintage or antique appearance with  signs of aging and wear that might include diminished quality of the artwork, deformations of its original shape, scratches, dents, and patches of discoloration/patina. It has been subjected to gentle manual cleaning and polishing to remove some of the original dark patina. The size and weight of the item are shown on the photographs for this listing.
