Meito hand painted, antique porcelain china manufactured in Japan during the Mid-20th Century.  Set includes a covered sugar bowl and creamer. This RARE design has an intricate, continuous scalloped and draped gold filagree trim framing the interior.  Delicate bouquets featuring pink, purple, and yellow flowers nestled inside elegant golden basket/urn scroll motifs along gold rim. Vintage Meito "NSP" China was produced in Nagoya, Japan. "NSP" stands for Nagoya Seito Porcelain , the parent company founded in1908 by Kotero Asukai, a former engineer for Noritake.
