This amazingly sparkly brooch pin is preowned and is in good condition for the right person. We truly believe this is an authentic 1960s DeLizza & Elster (Juliana) construction. All of the stones are present and all of the stones are faceted helping to add to the sparkle factor. Possible D&E Juliana Green Smoky Navette Rhinestone Starburst Brooch Unsigned   This amazingly sparkly brooch pin is preowned and is in good condition for the right person. This brooch features shining and sparkling glass rhinestones in a smoky green or olivine green color along with clear rhinestones in various shapes of navette/marquise, pear and round styles. We truly believe this is an a uthentic 1960s DeLizza & Elster (Juliana) construction. Most collectors understand that DeLizza & Elster brooches are unsigned pieces that were sold with a hangtag hallmark which most folks removed and threw away.  A ll of the stones are present and all of the stones are faceted helping to add to the sparkle factor. The brooch has a bright and shiny silver tone that is rhodium plated. There are some excess solder pools and irregularieties on the back side of the brooch but know the bright rhodium plating over the solder is fully intact with no green verdigris, peeling, or rust. T he brooch measures approximately 2" long x 2" wide. This pin closes with a modern rolling C clasp and the clasp, lock, pin and hinge are working appropriately. The brooch is not hallmarked. The brooch is dated to the 1960s. Conditional issues are the center stone moves (it can be felt with a finger touch) but it is firmly prong set, some aging to the metal the rhinestones are set upon, some small pooling of solder material of the rhodium plating on the back of the brooch along with light surface scratching and light signs of use.  The brooch has outstanding craftmanship and has been well taken care of and treasured over the years. The brooch should last for many more years to come with the right care. Please note this item ships boxed to avoid any shipping carrier damages. We don't ship jewelry in bags.
