Stunning Vintage 1940's Mexican Sterling Silver & Natural Amethyst Statement Brooch/Pendant and Matching Earrings Set by Plateria FarFan. This is a spectacular Mid-Century Mexican artisan sterling silver set crafted by the renowned Plateria FarFan workshop in Mexico City.  This collectible set represents the pinnacle of the Pre-1948 Mexican silver renaissance, featuring intricate deeply detailed repousse foliate scrollwork.   The focal brooch has a massive beautifully translucent natural amethyst gemstone hand-carved into a traditional Aztec/Mayan face mask.  The gemstone is securely set inside an ornate scalloped silver frame.  Along with the brooch/pendant, is a perfectly matched pair of scrolling silver clip-back earrings each set with its own rich purple amethyst cabochon.   This is fully stamped on the back, FARFAN/HECHO EN MEXICO/925   Please review all photos carefully as they serve as the most accurate representation of the items beautiful vintage condition.   Condition: Pre-owned - Good.
