The japanning is 98% on body and cap has only slight wear marks. The sole & cheeks have some rust & pitting. The cutter has some pitting but clean, it is marked with "Craftsman" Made in England 187.37151 logo. It measures 4-3/8" x 1-5/8" (see photo). I always suggest sharpening.
