The japanning is in excellent condition and the sole and cheeks would clean up nicely. Wood knob's has minors scars but no cracks or splits. The cap has some japanning loss. There are the numbers 107-16 in front of cap and No 619-3700 behind cap and Made in USA behind knob. The cutter has has pitting and rust and would need to be sharpened. It measures 4-1-2" x 1-5/8" (see photo). This plane is a good user and ready to go to work for you. PLEASE NOTE: I do NOT true-up soles or sharpen cutters, I leave that up to you, the expert...
