View 19th C. Antique Chinese Porcelain Rose Medallion Teapot and 2 Teacups with current marketplace pricing, condition, product images and item details. I want to just warn people not to actually use the set, though. Also, the teapot might break from the sudden temperature change if hot water was poured into it. It's really just a beautiful decorative item to treasure. The Rose Medallion porcelain was first developed around 1820, but I believe this set is probably from between 1850-1890.   The bottom of this teapot doesn't have any marks, "China" mark under the teacups.  Overall, this set is in great shape considering it's age-  and the teapot still has its original wire handles. There are definite signs of wear and some staining with the porcelain, This is a collectible antique, so I'm hoping this will go to someone who will really enjoy having it.  I want to just warn people not to actually use the set, though.  Due to its age, it might have lead paint or something else I don't know about. Also, the teapot might break from the sudden temperature change if hot water was poured into it. It's really just a beautiful decorative item to treasure.
