Stands six inches tall Wonderful antique molded pulp/papier-mâché jack-o’-lantern featuring a wide smiling mouth, large oval eyes, painted green eyebrows and a green base. This early Halloween decoration has a fantastic primitive appearance and displays beautifully despite its fragile condition. It retains its wire carrying/hanging handle but no longer has the original paper face insert. Likely dates from approximately the 1930s–1940s, although it is unmarked and the exact maker and country of origin are unknown. Condition: Used.
