Elastic at the jacket waist & long sleeve ends. Dress made out of polyester fabric: knit for the dress, spun for the lace. Very good gently worn condition, has size/material tags but no maker's tag. Halter straps have been altered which can be undone if desired. Vintage size 12; estimate modern size SMALL.
