Likely made in USA with pottery wheel technique. Measures approximately 5" high.   Excellent vintage condition.  No cracks or chips.  As with a lot of handmade studio pieces, the base shows natural firing and trimming characteristics, giving the base a not perfectly round shape and a slightly irregular form.  Glaze does not extend fully to the bottom foot ring.  Small glaze skips and firing marks near the base due to the handmade process.  Does not affect usability!   PLEASE REVIEW ALL PICTURES, AS THEY ARE PART OF THE DESCRIPTION.
