This vase is 7 1/2" tall, has a 3" mouth and is 5 1/2" at its widest point. Typical speckled sandstone clay found in the region, the top is painted blue with a brown band beneath it. It has a mother holding the hands of her son & daughter facing away from the viewer. Beautiful classic Tlaquepaque Mexican Pottery Vase Signed. This vase is 7 1/2" tall, has a 3" mouth and is 5 1/2" at its widest point. Typical speckled sandstone clay found in the region, the top is painted blue with a brown band beneath it. It has a mother holding the hands of her son & daughter facing away from the viewer. Beside them is a Saguaro Cactus and an Agave. Birds are in the sky. The figures, all hand painted, are done in thick blue, browns and green enamel paint that is raised from the surface. The dents in the Agave are how the thick paint was applied and not damage.  Lovely vase is mint condition, it is signed on the bottom, "Mexico CD". Condition: Used.
