Awesome medal I added the newer sterling silver bail ring lightly cleaned with a soft blue Tiffany cloth. because it was black form tarnish this is a very old piece approx. from the early part of the 1900s, not exactly sure of the exact age other then I bought them with many other ones that were from the 1930s and 40s & 50s Most were owned by soldiers and carried during the war from the huge lot that I purchased. This is such a beautiful old medal love it with the wings makes it such a special piece. Q This is an original not a newer reproduction Depending on the light some pic make it look darker I’d say the 1st pic looks like what it actually looks like. Condition: Used.
